Most of the services in this area are often conducted as a part of a strategic review, and almost always if it is a major project. However, they also can be provided on a stand-alone basis.
Strategic communication workshops
These are usually conducted on a departmental or group basis. H4 Partners facilitates workshops to develop the implications of an agreed strategy in terms of what people (especially partners) need to do, and to develop ways of overcoming barriers or blockages.
'Behaviour : Attitude : Culture' audits
This involves a series of interviews with people at all levels within your firm, as well as external interviews with clients and outsiders who know you. The aim is to identify key behavioural patterns that could reflect your firm's culture and set these alongside the behaviour required to achieve a strategic goal. If required, we then work with partners (and others) to facilitate any behavioural changes necessary.
Performance analyses for a firm, departments or groups
We analyse your economic performance, your core client base structure and the type of work you do for clients, usually over a period of three years. We normally supplement these analyses with internal and external interviews before developing plans to bring performance closer to the requirements of your firm's strategy.
Group and departmental business plans
Working with partners in a group or department to develop an effective business plan that is aligned with your firm's strategy.
Market positioning analyses
We conduct a limited number of interviews with core clients, focusing on how they see the market position of your firm (or group) relative to a specific group of competitors. We analyse this competition, and work with you to improve your own firm's relative competitiveness.
Analyses of partnership cohesion and commitment
Sometimes a major inhibitor to implementing a strategy (or in some cases, to formulating one) is a lack of cohesion between partners and a lack of willingness to work together as an organisation. We work with partners to try and resolve the issues causing the problem and assist with implementing solutions. Where building cohesion seems unlikely, we can work with you to find the best way forward for everyone.
